Suzanne Pleshette is an American actor as well as a voiceover artist. She amassed more than one hundred credits in her almost five-decade career. Pleshette is a native New Yorker, began acting on the stage before gradually changing to film. Some of her most prominent films are 'Rome Adventure', 'The Birds', "Fate is the Hunt' If it's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium and 'Support Your Local Gunfighter'. In addition to her film roles she's appeared in many TV movies as well as shows. She had four Emmy Awards nominations and was even nominated two times for Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated for Emmy Awards two times, and was awarded her the Laurel Award 1963 for The Birds. Pleshette passed away in 2008, and she was later given an honorary Star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
