Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17th October, 1992 in the Indian state of is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu cinema, along with a handful of Malayalam. The year she was born, she won the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the character Savitri. She has also won three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actor Menaka G. Suresh. At the beginning of 2000, she started her career as an actress. After completing her studies in fashion design, she returned to film. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and signed up to appear in several Tamil film projects simultaneously. It it was A. L. Vijay together with Vikram, who released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do quite well, however it did get released. To make room for larger projects because of her busy schedule, she had opted to not participate in certain films which she then began working on. It included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romance) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She worked in two films in rapid succession alongside Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor on Prabhu's Thodari. The film has been delayed in 2015, and there are reports that the film will release after September in 2020 under the name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and was starring actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay in Bairavaa by Bharathan, which premiered on 17 January 2017.
